About Our Greensboro Animal Hospital

At West Market Veterinary Hospital, we strive to provide full-service veterinary care in a clean, comfortable and caring setting. We have two vets on staff as well as several vet techs and office staff who share a love of animals.

We see cats, dogs, and pocket pets of all ages, from newborn to senior. Our services include preventative care, vaccines, routine and emergency pet surgery, pet grooming, parasite control, pet laser therapy, dental care, and pet boarding.

Booking an Appointment With Our Veterinarian

For your convenience, there are two ways to make an appointment. Reserve your appointment online using our electronic scheduler or call the clinic today. No matter which method you choose, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

If you need emergency care, please call our clinic as soon as you notice the problem. We will do our best to clear space in the schedule and attend to your pet's emergency needs, but we do need to know that you're coming so we can ready an exam room.

Insurance and Payment Options

Please note, we do require payment when services are rendered. You may pay via debit card, credit card, or cash. We also accept most pet insurance plans.

We understand there are times when an unexpected emergency arises. In these times, if your financial resources are strained, you may be interested in Care Credit. Care Credit is an interest-free lending program that lets you obtain the veterinary care you need without straining your budget.

What to Expect on Your First Visit

During your first visit, we will talk with you about your pet. We aim to get a full picture of your pet's wellness needs. We'll then give your pet a physical exam and take blood and stool samples. We'll give your pet vaccines if they're needed, which help protect your pet's health. Before we wrap up the exam, we'll take any questions you have or discuss ways you can provide the best care for your pet.
